We are continuously growing and filling the store with products that you want to see and purchase. Buy online, pick up in store
We‘ll keep your order for 3 business days so you can come get it at a convenient time
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. If your order is placed 30 minutes before closing, your order will be fulfilled the following day. At this time, pick up from our local store in Terry, MS is the only option. We plan to explore delivery and shipping at a further date. Your order will be held at the store for 3 business days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the shelves. You will be refunded in the method of payment used to purchase items. Please be mindful of our hours of operation, as we will not fulfill orders on off days. Orders placed Sunday or Monday will be fulfilled the next business day.

Payment
When it comes to purchasing anything online, the security question towers above everything else. Our store’s overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security is something we do not take lightly. All of your shopping here will be a fun and safe experience. If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department via email with your billing questions.
Returns
Items eligible for return should be unused, unopened, and/or not damaged. Returns will be granted 7 days after purchase in the original form of payment. After 7 days, items will only be eligible for exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will not be granted on Wigs, Hair Bundles, or Clothing items. All sales are FINAL on these items.
